club ph Terms and Conditions – Your Agreement with the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the club ph platform, including all games, account features, deposit services, VIP programmes, and any other services made available through the website at clubph.org. By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using the platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with club ph and confirm that you accept these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered members and visitors. club ph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility

Each player may hold only one registered account on the club ph platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. club ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify club ph immediately through the contact details provided on the platform. All activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been carried out by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in advance.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on the club ph platform are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP) through the payment methods listed on the Deposit page. You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name. club ph does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed on the Deposit page and may be updated from time to time. club ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. All deposits are subject to verification, and club ph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any transaction. Funds deposited into your account are held for the purpose of gaming activity on the platform and are not considered a financial investment or savings product.

5. Responsible Gaming

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

All players are expected to use the club ph platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any account balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform's games or systems.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or manipulation that affects the integrity of games or other players' experiences.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine law.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point during your use of the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account or interfering with the platform's security systems.

club ph monitors platform activity to detect and prevent prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we reserve the right to take immediate action without prior notice, including reporting relevant activity to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the club ph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements, is the intellectual property of club ph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of club ph. Any unauthorised use of platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may expose you to legal liability. The club ph name, logo, and all associated branding elements are proprietary marks and may not be used without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, club ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis, and while we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and error-free operation, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors at all times. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or transaction, club ph will investigate the matter and apply a fair resolution in accordance with our internal procedures. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
